Conquest!

Funny. Hundreds of people looked at "EC resurrected" but only 1 joined the game. Too much work, eh? I agree. I played long enough to refresh my memory of the game's "feel", but I got bored. Still playing NP, though! I love the way it becomes a purely psychological game once you get the hang of it.

We're still working on AC. I'm fiddling with other js/html5 stuff while Mason codes the backend, then I'll do the frontend gui for real.

I've started coding an EC clone, tnovelli/asterion on github. Mason came up with a great name for it: Asterion Conquest ("asterion" meaning "ruler of the stars" in this context :)

I'm also coding up a few game ideas in CoffeeScript+HTML5 (no steenkin' Flash!)... demos coming soon. If all goes well, we'll be playing the alpha version in September.
